Real Estate

Our office handles residential and commercial real property matters, representing buyers, sellers, and banks in purchases, sales, and leases. We handle all litigation arising out of the purchase and sale of property, as well as other matters such as construction defects, boundary disputes, and landlord/tenant matters.

Business/Corporate

We provide business/corporate legal services from entity formation and start-up to business dissolutions and succession planning. In between, we provide advice and assistance on matters of corporate governance and engage in transactional work, drafting or reviewing all types of contracts that protect the client's rights and promote their legitimate business interests.

When disputes do arise, we provide strong, effective courtroom advocacy as necessary to resolve a business dispute, whether involving an alleged breach of contract or a business tort such as fraud, embezzlement, unfair business practices or deceptive trade practices.

Civil Litigation

People who have been injured in a car accident, slip and fall, or other incident due to the negligence or wrongful conduct of another are generally entitled to recover for the damages which have been done to them, including property damage, present and future medical expenses, lost wages from missed work or a diminished earning capacity, and emotional distress.

In addition to personal injury cases, we also handle family law matters such as divorce and the issues commonly encountered in a marriage dissolution, such as child custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, and the division of marital property.

Estate Planning and Probate

Our firm is also adept at estate planning and probate issues. We provide sound advice and capable assistance in the drafting of comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other documents as needed. We further lend our administrative and advocacy skills to probate, trust and estate administration, including representation in any estate litigation that may arise from a will contest, challenge to a trust, or other similar matter.
